PRODUCT INFO/FAQs
What goes into your amazing desserts?
All of our ice cream flavours start with the same base: milk, cream and sugar. We do not use eggs in our ice creams.
Our baked goods and mix-ins typically contain milk, eggs, wheat, gluten and may contain traces of soy.
Our vegan baked goods are made with no animal products. They contain wheat, gluten and may contain traces of soy.
For enquiries please send us an email: hello@scoopxspoon.com and we will provide you with a full list of ingredients and allergens for specific products.
I have an allergy, can I enjoy Scoop x Spoon?
We make our frozen goods and baked products in a kitchen that also handles products containing nuts, milk, eggs, gluten and wheat. Occasionally, we include nuts in our products. When we do, we follow good production processes and organise our production days to go from the least amount of allergens to the most. We use separate equipment for flavours containing nuts and always thoroughly wash and sanitise our equipment between each flavour. Products will be clearly labelled with any allergens.
Please notify us of any allergies using the additional notes box when you select your slot and place your order.

How long does a tub last once I've opened it?
It's best to eat our ice creams within 2-3 weeks after you've opened it, or 6-8 weeks unopened. Our ice creams come with a sheet of wax paper placed on top of the ice cream, we recommend you keep a hold of this or use your own, to prevent an icy layer from forming on top of your ice cream.
My ice cream is quite hard... How can I eat it?
As we don't use processed stabilisers and other random things, our ice creams can be a tad hard initially. We recommend letting them rest on a surface for up to 10 minutes or until you can slightly squeeze them. You could use that time to find your favourite spoon and prepare for maximum indulgence.
Do you make any dairy free/vegan ice creams?
Not yet! We're working on it though, as we want everyone to be able to indulge in our desserts. Sign up to our update list or follow us on Instagram to stay in the know.
