ORDER POLICY
Local Delivery:
We currently offer contact-free doorstep delivery to the following local postcodes:
HA8, NW9, NW7 2, NW7 3, HA3 0, HA9
Our radius remains local at this time to ensure our frozen products are at their best when they reach you. If you live outside of this radius, you are welcome to collect from us at our collection point (we would love to meet you!). Please note we only deliver to the main door/reception when delivering to apartment blocks, flats or hotels.
Delivery is subject to a minimum spend of £10.
We operate a no show, no refund policy for our collection orders.
Cancellation:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours of receiving your confirmation email, in order to obtain a full refund. Outside of this time, you will be ineligible for a refund and receive credit of your purchase amount to spend on future orders.
Refunds and replacements:
Although we take time to lovingly craft our ice creams and desserts, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 2 hours of receiving your dessert. Send us an email with your order number at hello@scoopxspoon.com and we will be happy to assist you further.
Please note refunds and replacements are only provided where items are damaged or melted upon receipt.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide exchanges.
